The Truth about Ambiance Transportation!

Ambiance Transportation aka The Florida Express Bus is owned and operated by a man named William ( Bill) Hennessey. He runs his "company" out of an RV park on Irlo Bronson Hwy in Kissimmee. When I say RV park it is a camp ground not a mobile home park.  This is his THIRD company in about as many years. His previous two companies were Ambiance Sun and Transfloridian.

Ambiance Sun went out of business owing about $85,000.00 in judgments and Mr. Hennessey transfered Transfloridian into his mothers name to avoid having any vehicles taken away from him with enforcement of any judgment. He then sold Transfloridian without fully disclosing all the debts incurred by himself and the company. In doing so he sold a bankrupted company leaving the new owners holding debts they had no knowledge of and hundreds of customers without transportation or their money. He just had another judgment in the amount of $25,000.00 filed against him in February 2009 with American Capital. Mr. Hennessey likes to tout that he owns vehicles with Ambiance Transportation and this is a complete falsehood. He owns no vehicles and outsources everything to the lowest company he can find, whether they are licensed or not. He also sells Theme Park Tickets and Vacation Packages without a Florida Seller of Travel License as is required by law. Mr. Hennessey under Transfloridian was fined previously by the Florida Department of Consumer Services for selling Theme Park Tickets and Vacations without a license.

Mr. Hennessey is well known at the Central Florida Better Business Bureau. If you need any further information on his present company or his past companies call them to see how many complaints were filed against the company under his "leadership".

Mr. Hennessey likes to surf the internet chat rooms under various monikers plugging his company as having "outstanding service" and "great prices". He also then uses those various monikers to write bad reviews of other transportation companies all over the internet in the hopes that people will call him over another company. He will tell customers anything they want to hear only in most cases will not be able to deliver on such promises.

UPDATE

Mr. Hennessey is at it again taking peoples' money, however he is not delivering on the services ordered. Several companies have been getting complaints of paid services they had no knowledge of as well as several other companies are receiving calls for refunds to which they are not customers of. Mr. Hennessey gives out phone numbers of other companies telling customers to call for a refund or reschedule. However customers will soon find that no refund or reschedule is coming as these companies have nothing to do with him and everything he just told them was yet another lie.

States on his website that when you book with him your reservation is confirmed immediately and implies with the bus companies he is booking with as well. This is more nonsense from Mr. Hennessey. He has what he calls , ITS (Immediate Ticketing System). Unfortunately has many have found out the numbers he gives you are completely useless and have purchased a number and nothing more since their reservation was never sent to the bus companies.
